Sometimes you think a piece is finished – but it is incredibly important to live with something for a little while before you finally make up your mind
I would agree about this. With me its more a matter often having ended up disliking something, or feeling it hadnt worked or in some way failed and therefore forgetting about it – later be it weeks, months even years seeing it again I realise what it is and was worth.
There needs to be a distance sometimes.
I like your work and am looking at it slowly.

Yes I think so, but when I have all the pieces finished for the exhibition I will make the final decision then :). Thanks for stopping by.
